SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Cadyn & Charlie jewelry is handmade on demand. Please allow up to 10 business days for production, after which you should receive email notification that your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may take up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for delivery depending upon your location. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you upon receipt of your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Cadyn & Charlie is not liable for any lost or stolen goods for which delivery confirmation has been verified. We do not insure any packages unless requested by the customer. We do not ship internationally at this time. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: (updated November 20, 2019)

SURPRISE BOXES: FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPAIRS. THE SURPRISE BOXES ARE NOT CUSTOMIZABLE AT THIS TIME.

RETURNS: All items are quality controlled before being shipped to customers. Should you receive a damaged item(s), please contact us cs@cadynandcharlie.com. Items must be returned with tags attached, and in original and resalable condition. Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be returned to customer at customers expense. All Earrings are Final Sale, no repairs or returns. 

REFUNDS: All refunds will be credited in the form of original payment less shipping and handling fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. 

All NIKKI & TILA bracelets are final sale, no exceptions. We will not accept any returns or repairs for these items. They are made from an outside supplier and we cannot repair them. Should you mail them back to us requesting a refund, we will send back to you at customers expense.

All Earrings are Final Sale, no repairs or returns.

All sales are final after 30 days from the delivery date. No exceptions.

GIFTS: Gifts received can be returned for a one-time exchange of equal or lesser value for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.

SALE ITEMS or ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMO CODE: Sale items may not be returned, exchanged or credited in any way. All discounted sale items are final sale.

Cadyn & Charlie reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, product(s) and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to; changing market conditions, product and/or material discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and errors in advertisements.

NATURAL PRODUCT DISCLOSURE:

Natural products are especially prone to color variances. Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen are an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors of the product. We cannot be responsible for dye lot variations. If you are choosing a natural product, you must accept that no two pieces are alike and may vary. Since our products are made from natural materials, the color and pattern can vary a great deal from a sample to the actual piece ordered.

JEWELRY CARE:

CADYN & CHARLIE JEWELRY CONSIST OF PLATED METAL, WHICH MAY DARKEN OR TARNISH WITH NORMAL WEAR. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR DISCOLORED OR TARNISHED ITEMS AT THIS TIME. GENTLY WIPE THE METAL SURFACE WITH A SOFT CLOTH TO CLEAN, HOWEVER, EXCESSIVE POLISHING MAY RUB OFF OR SCRATCH THE PLATING. 

Follow these steps to help keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, cleaning or working with abrasives of any kind.
• Apply beauty products such as perfume, cologne, hairspray, lotion or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
• Do not bang, rub or drag jewelry on furniture, walls, tables, flooring or other hard surfaces.
• If your jewelry requires cleaning, use a mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry.
• Use a soft brush, if necessary.
• Never use jewelry cleaner. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives. 
• Use a polishing cloth for precious pieces.
• Dry jewelry completely before storing.

NARIAH & NIKKI BRACELET CARE:

Enamel Bracelet wear and tear is normal. Our Nariah & Nikki bracelets are delicate due to the intricate nature of enamel beads. They do have a tendency to chip under the stress of everyday wear. But that is what gives our Nariah & Nikki bracelets character.

How to care for them:

• Avoid wearing enamel bracelets with other metal jewelry
• Avoid banging on table tops, or any hard surfaces
• Do not wear in water 
• Keep in a safe place apart from other jewelry contact, do not store stacked on top of each other.
